At HTC, I had the chance to explore the internet of things in a very broad sense as the company considered emerging market opportunities. Partnering closely with product planning, user research, and industrial design, I facilitated a scenario-based approach to get the collaborative ball rolling. This worked well to generate a wide range of ideas, and identify specific areas of investigation.
