I started my career as a visual designer and still enjoy opportunities to use my fine art background more directly. The aesthetic is often what people notice first and is a powerful way to appeal to a specific audience. As such, I have explored, created and applied many different styles depending on the project. Each time, I carefully consider the usability of every visual decision. Text is legible, imagery is made clear and the eye is directed to primary tasks so that the user feels engaged and empowered.
