In 2011, I helped a new design team at Microsoft start envisioning the connected car of the future. Using an Agile-based sprint process, I first identified a working task list, and wrote scenarios based on them for multiple personas. Then, I concepted solutions leveraging “Metro” principles, NUI, and the unique environment of a car’s interior.
